The 7 Forces intro course is designed for Change Leaders to learn practical tools that develop essential change skills. The course includes short, powerful videos and creative thinking exercises to practice your vision skills, cause and effect analysis, discernment skills and more. In addition, you will learn how to intelligently and compassionately support our stakeholders so they move with us to successfully reach our project goals.
