The 7 Forces Intro course is designed for Change Leaders to learn practical tools that develop essential change skills to get results better, faster and cheaper. The course includes short, powerful videos and creative thinking exercises to practice my vision skills, cause and effect analysis, and discernment skills and more. In addition, I will be able to influence and connect compassionately with our stakeholders, so they move with us to successfully reach our Project X goals.
Cost: The only cost is registration! No travel is necessary.
This course requires completion of exercises online at my own pace. It includes 7 modules that will me take about 30 hours to complete. If approved, a completion certificate is available for me to request reimbursement after I have completed the curriculum requirements.
